Welcome to Tacca Studio’s Zhaobao Taichi online training programmes, operated by TCCA Pte. Ltd. By purchasing a course, starting a subscription, accessing our course platform, attending a live class, viewing replays, joining a workshop or retreat, or using our learning materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of terms
By enrolling in, purchasing, subscribing to or accessing any Tacca Studio course, live class, replay, on-demand course, workshop, retreat, online programme or membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
2. Course and subscription structure

Each product may have different access terms, features, schedules and pricing as shown on the relevant website, checkout page or course platform.
3. Access and licence
Upon successful payment or active subscription, you will be granted access to the relevant course materials, live classes, replays, practice resources or membership areas according to the product you purchased.

For one-time on-demand courses, access will be provided according to the terms shown at checkout or on the relevant course platform. Unless specifically stated, on-demand courses do not include live coaching, live-streaming classes, subscription replays or personal correction.
Recorded course materials are for personal viewing and practice only and must not be copied, downloaded, recorded, shared, resold, published or used for commercial teaching without written approval.

10. Cancellation and refund policy
Unless otherwise clearly stated in writing, all course fees, on-demand course purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable.
For subscription plans, you may cancel according to the cancellation process provided through the payment platform or course platform. After cancellation, you may continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
No partial refunds will be given for unused time, missed live classes, inability to attend, personal technical issues, change of mind, lack of practice or scheduling conflicts.
11. Replays and recordings
Where replays are provided, they are made available for personal viewing only by authorised students or active subscribers. They must not be downloaded, copied, recorded, shared or distributed.
If you attend a live class or workshop, the session may be recorded. Your name, image, voice, chat messages or participation may appear in the recording depending on how you choose to participate.
