and conditions that apply when you purchase, subscribe to, access, or participate in our online
courses, live classes, replays, community spaces, and related learning materials.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. By making a purchase, starting a subscription,
accessing our course platform, attending a live session, viewing replays, or participating in our
community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any Tacca Studio course, live class, replay,
online programme, or membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms and Conditions.
These Terms form an agreement between you, the student or subscriber, and
TCCA Pte. Ltd. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not enrol, purchase,
subscribe, or access the course materials.
2. Course Access and Subscription Access
Upon successful payment or active subscription, you will be granted access to the relevant course
materials, live classes, replays, practice resources, or membership areas according to the product
or subscription plan you have purchased.
Your access is for your own personal learning and practice only. You are given a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the course content for personal
educational and practice purposes.
You agree that you must not:
- Share your login details with anyone else;
- Allow another person to access the course using your account;
- Copy, download, reproduce, record, sell, rent, distribute, or publicly share course materials;
- Upload course videos, replays, screenshots, notes, or materials to social media or other platforms without written approval;
- Use the course content for your own commercial teaching, training, or business purposes without written permission from TCCA Pte. Ltd.
For subscription-based programmes, access will continue only while your subscription remains active
and payment is successfully received. If your subscription is cancelled, expired, or unpaid, your
access to live classes, replays, course materials, community spaces, or member-only content may end.
3. Technology Requirements
To participate in the course, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device,
stable internet connection, working email address, and access to any required platforms, apps,
video players, meeting links, or learning systems used by Tacca Studio.
TCCA Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for your personal internet connection, device issues, software
limitations, browser problems, or inability to access the course due to technical issues on your side.
4. Student Expectations and Conduct
We aim to provide a respectful, safe, and supportive learning environment for all students. By joining
our courses, live classes, or online community, you agree to behave respectfully towards instructors,
assistants, and fellow participants.
You agree to:
- Use respectful language in live sessions, comments, messages, and community discussions;
- Respect the privacy, personal information, images, videos, and comments of other participants;
- Not share another student’s personal information, image, video, comments, or practice footage without permission;
- Follow reasonable instructions given by the instructor during live or recorded practice sessions;
- Participate in a way that supports a positive and peaceful learning environment;
- Use the training for health, wellbeing, self-cultivation, and personal development only.
You must not:
- Make rude, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disrespectful comments;
- Harass, insult, embarrass, or disturb other students or instructors;
- Record live classes, videos, or content for commercial purposes;
- Use the movements, techniques, or training for fighting, intimidation, harm, or malicious purposes;
- Misrepresent yourself as an instructor, representative, or authorised teacher of TCCA Pte. Ltd. unless written permission has been given.
TCCA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to delete inappropriate comments, remove students from community
areas, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate access if a student violates these standards.
5. Health, Safety, and Medical Disclaimer
Tacca Studio promotes Taichi and Qigong as healthy movement practices for general wellbeing, relaxation,
balance, coordination, and mindful exercise. However, our courses, videos, live classes, and materials
are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy,
or rehabilitation.
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and physical condition when participating in any
Taichi, Qigong, standing meditation, stretching, breathing, or movement practice.
Before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, elderly, recovering from injury,
experiencing pain, or have any medical condition, you should consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist,
or healthcare professional.
You agree to practise within your own limits, stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort,
breathlessness, or unwellness, and seek medical advice where necessary.
By participating, you accept that all physical activities carry some risk, and you voluntarily assume
responsibility for your own participation.
6. Payment Terms
Course fees, subscription fees, and product prices are displayed on our website or checkout page.
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.
For one-time purchase courses, full payment is required before access is granted unless otherwise stated.
For subscription-based programmes, payments will be charged according to the billing cycle shown at
checkout. Your subscription will continue until cancelled, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible
for managing your subscription and ensuring that your payment method remains valid.
If payment fails, is delayed, reversed, disputed, or not received, TCCA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to
suspend or terminate access to course content, live classes, replays, membership areas, or community access.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise clearly stated in writing, all course fees and subscription payments are
non-refundable.
For subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided
through our payment platform or website. After cancellation, you may continue to have access until the
end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.
No partial refunds will be given for unused time, missed live classes, failure to attend sessions,
inability to access due to personal technical issues, change of mind, lack of practice, or personal
scheduling conflicts.
If TCCA Pte. Ltd. cancels a paid programme entirely and does not provide a reasonable alternative, we may,
at our discretion, offer replacement access, credit, or another suitable arrangement.
8. Live Classes, Replays, and Schedule Changes
Some programmes may include live online classes, guided practice sessions, replays, or bonus sessions.
The availability, timing, frequency, and duration of live classes and replays may vary depending on the
programme, instructor availability, holidays, technical issues, or business needs.
TCCA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change class schedules, substitute instructors, reschedule sessions,
remove outdated replays, update course materials, or adjust the structure of the programme where necessary.
Replays, where provided, are made available for personal viewing only and must not be downloaded, copied,
recorded, shared, or distributed.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, replays, written materials, images, logos, names, branding, class structures,
teaching materials, practice guides, audio materials, website content, and other resources are owned by
or licensed to TCCA Pte. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
You must not, without written permission from TCCA Pte. Ltd.:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials;
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course content;
- Use our videos, screenshots, notes, class recordings, or materials to create your own course or training programme;
- Upload our materials to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, cloud drives, messaging groups, or other platforms;
- Use Tacca Studio or TCCA Pte. Ltd. branding in a misleading or unauthorised way.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in termination of access and may lead to
further action.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and use personal information for purposes such as account creation, course access, payment
processing, communication, customer support, class administration, and improving our services.

You also agree to respect the privacy of other students and participants. You must not collect, share,
publish, or misuse another participant’s personal information, image, video, voice, comments, or practice
footage.
11. Community Guidelines
If your course or subscription includes access to a community group, comment section, live chat, forum,
or messaging space, you agree to use these spaces respectfully and only for learning-related purposes.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete comments that are rude, offensive, promotional, misleading,
irrelevant, harmful, or disruptive. Students who repeatedly violate community guidelines may be removed from
the community without refund.
12. Termination or Suspension of Access
TCCA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any course, live class,
replay, community, membership, or platform if you:
- Fail to make required payments;
- Share your account or login details with others;
- Copy, record, distribute, or misuse course materials;
- Behave rudely, abusively, or disrespectfully towards instructors or students;
- Violate the privacy or confidentiality of other participants;
- Use the training for harmful, malicious, or unauthorised purposes;
- Misuse Tacca Studio’s name, content, materials, or intellectual property;
- Violate these Terms and Conditions in any other way.
Where appropriate, we may issue a warning before taking action. However, for serious violations, access
may be suspended or terminated immediately.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our courses and materials are provided for general education, personal practice, and wellbeing purposes.
While we aim to provide clear and helpful instruction, we do not guarantee any specific result, physical
improvement, health outcome, personal transformation, or level of skill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCCA Pte. Ltd., its instructors, staff, representatives, and partners
shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, technical issue, interruption, missed session, personal
decision, or other issue arising from your participation in the course or use of our materials.
The course is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, course
platform, videos, live classes, or replays will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible
with every device or system.
14. Updates to Course Content and Terms
TCCA Pte. Ltd. may update, improve, replace, restructure, or remove course content from time to time.
We may also update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Continued use of our website, course platform, subscription, or materials after updates have been made
means that you accept the revised Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Singapore.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through
communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, arbitration or other appropriate dispute resolution methods
may be required before pursuing further remedies, where applicable.
Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore.
